Join two periods of zazen in the lamp-lit Buddha Hall at Keigakuji, with walking meditation between sittings and tea afterwards. Beginners are welcome, and instruction is provided.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time and wear comfortable clothing. Chairs are available if sitting on the floor is difficult.
