About the tea ceremony experience at a long-established kimono shop that has been in business for 148 years

Experience a tea ceremony at a Beniya kimono shop founded in Meiji 11 near Wakayama Castle.
You can enjoy the tea ceremony of the Omotesenke family, which is related to the castle town of Kishu Castle.
We will tell you how to drink tea from Zen stories, which will be the theme of the day.
I hope that each and every one of you who participates will enjoy the once-in-a-lifetime meeting of the day.
If you have time, you can also experience making tea for each person!
If you wish, please let us know in advance if possible.

The time is 1 hour between 10:30 ~ 17:30.
Please let us know your preferred start time.

The age target for participation is 10 years old and above.
If you are accompanied by a parent for a family experience, you can do it if you are 5 years old or older.
If your child is going to experience it, please let them know their age.

1. Gather and reception at Beniya kimono store
Please tell me the name of the applicant.

2. We will guide you to the room where you will experience the tea ceremony.

3. We will tell you about the theme of the day and how to drink tea.

4. You will enjoy the tea and sweets made by the teacher.

5. You can also make tea. Due to time constraints, it may not be possible for everyone.
(If you would like to experience making tea, please let us know the number of people.)

6. Termination and dissolution
*When making a reservation, please indicate the desired time when the experience will start.

《About cancellation and change》
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us immediately.
If you cancel due to your convenience, you will be charged the following cancellation fee.
Up to 2 days before the reservation date: 10% of the reservation price
The day before the event: 50% of the reservation fee
On the day of the event: 100% of the reservation fee
