About the Kishu Tokugawa Family Dishes Served in the Tea Room

Tribute dishes served only to the lords. Based on recipes discovered at Chohoji Temple, the Tokugawa family's family temple, the menu features exquisite dishes such as grilled Spanish mackerel with the aroma of cedar wood, recreating the exquisite Kishu Tokugawa family's legacy.
This is the first time you can experience the same cuisine as a gentleman, spanning about 400 years.
Ingredients are sourced from Wakayama, and no chemical seasonings are used.
Enjoy a special luxury at a private teahouse near Wakayama Castle!
For those who feel that kaiseki might be a bit too large, we also offer mini kaiseki dishes beautifully served on eight small plates.

Up to 4 days before the reservation date: 10% of the reservation fee
2~3 days prior: 50% of the reservation fee
Day before, day of purchase: 100% of reservation fee
Cancellation after the experience starts or without notice: 100% of the reservation fee
