About the Kishu Tokugawa family offering dishes at the long-established restaurant Chihiro

Based on a recipe found in Chohoji Temple, the Bodhi temple of the Tokugawa family, the "offering dish" served only to the lord Reproduce the exquisite menu that remains in the Kishu Tokugawa family, such as "grilled mackerel cedar plate" with the scent of cedar wood.
This is the first time that over 400 years have passed that you can experience the same cuisine as the shrine.
The ingredients are from Wakayama and do not use chemical seasonings.
