Based on the concept of "traveling as if you were living", it is a rental accommodation facility that uses an old folk house that retains the traditional building form of the Ine district.
As a facility where the entire building can be used by one group per day, it is mainly intended for use by stay-type individual travelers.
After checking in at the Ine Town Tourist Information Center, which is the bookstore, we will guide you to the hotel and explain the inside of the building.
In addition, we will support the enjoyment of travel, such as "food, experience, exchange, and comfortable stay," in cooperation with surrounding restaurants, other businesses, residents, etc., and provide travel that is unique to the region.
"Ine Stay" is an accommodation facility where you can stay as if you were living in the land as if you were living in a villa by renting out a building, and provides a new style of stay for individual travelers who want to know and enjoy the charm of Ine carefully.
There is a living room on the second floor, equipped with Wi-Fi. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 1 room on the 2nd floor, which can accommodate 7 people.
Children under 3 years old will not be counted in the room rate, but there will be no futons or amenities. However, it will be counted in the number of guests. (*The maximum occupancy including infants is 7 people.) Please be careful. )
Children over 4 years old will be counted in the room rate, and futons and amenities will be provided.
●About the provision of meals at the hotel
The hotel is an inn without meals. For meals, please use restaurants and shops in Ine Town. In addition, depending on the day of your stay, you may not be able to eat at the restaurant due to temporary closures. In that case, please bring your own food and eat it in the inn. In addition, from the perspective of building protection and maintenance, there are no cooking equipment such as stoves and pots in the building, and it is not possible to bring them in. Please note that cooking is not allowed in the inn at all. In particular, please do not cook fish, crabs, rock oysters, or other strong-smelling foods in the inn.
Please make a reservation only if you understand this point.

Walk about 100m from the Shichimenyama parking lot to reach the inn (there are about 15 stairs on the way).

●About the parking lot
The hotel does not have a guest parking lot. Please use the town-run Shichimenyama parking lot.
●About the layout and equipment of the facility
The floor plan consists of "(1F): Japanese-style bedroom (up to 3 people), bedroom (up to 2 people), cypress bath, washbasin, toilet, (2F): living room, bedroom (2 bed×s), shower, toilet, closet", and is equipped with appliances, furniture, and other equipment necessary for stays of one night or more, as well as air conditioning equipment such as floor heating, toilets with showers, sofas, etc. so that you can have a comfortable stay that suits modern life.
● Strictly prohibited fire, no smoking
Under the current Building Standards Law, the hotel is a valuable structure that cannot be built twice, and because it is made of wood, it is very vulnerable to fire. Therefore, fire is strictly prohibited and smoking is prohibited in the facility, and equipment that may ignite is not arranged. Hand-held fireworks are also not allowed.
We hope that those who stay at the hotel will understand this fact and use the hotel, which is an attraction and resource of the town, with care.
●About swimming and fireworks
Please refrain from swimming and fireworks at Ine Funaya.
● About sleepwear
Sleepwear is not available. Please bring your own.
● Reservations will be accepted from the first day of the month 3 months before the desired date of stay. For example, January 1 for a stay in April.
● About the price of children
Children under 3 years old will not be counted in the room rate, but there will be no futons or amenities. Children over 4 years old will be counted in the room rate, and futons and amenities will be provided.
The maximum occupancy of the hotel is 7 people, including infants free of charge. Please be careful.
●About specific dates
Please note that April 29th ~ May 7th, Obon period (2nd Friday ~ 3rd Friday of August), December 29th ~ January 3rd, and Ine Fireworks Day are specific days and are different from regular prices.
